Approximately 75 senior women enthusiastically took part in the skill-based games, designed to be both engaging and mentally stimulating. The lively atmosphere reflected their energy, enthusiasm, and joy, as they challenged themselves with activities that promoted cognitive function and coordination.
In addition to the games, the event featured informative sessions on health and fitness, highlighting the importance of yoga and regular exercise for maintaining flexibility, balance, and overall well-being in old age. These sessions reinforced the need for an active lifestyle to prevent age-related health concerns.
