Fostering Harmony and Gratitude: A Transformative Training for Volunteers-1A two-day training programme titled “Building Harmony and Gratitude in the Workplace” was successfully conducted at Satyam for volunteers. The primary aim was to cultivate a deeper understanding of harmonious work culture and instil the spirit of gratitude among individuals working towards a collective mission. Volunteers from different villages came together for this meaningful initiative, creating a space of shared learning and mutual enrichment.

Central to the training were inspiring quotes by The Mother on harmony and gratitude. These quotes were not only discussed in depth but also served as reflective anchors for the sessions. Each quote helped participants explore its spiritual relevance and practical application in their everyday interactions and work environments. Through guided reflections, the volunteers developed a greater sense of self-awareness, empathy, and respect for one another—key ingredients of a thriving and peaceful workplace.

To make the sessions engaging and experiential, a variety of interactive methods were employed. Activities such as drama, games, slogan writing, and group discussions encouraged participation and deepened the learning process. The drama performances, in particular, enabled volunteers to depict real-life challenges and demonstrate how attitudes of harmony and gratitude can bring transformation. These exercises fostered teamwork, creativity, and effective communication among participants.

Overall, the training created a dynamic and thoughtful environment where volunteers could reflect, express, and grow together. The experiential approach made the learning both enjoyable and impactful. Participants expressed their gratitude for the opportunity and reaffirmed their commitment to nurturing harmony and gratitude in their workplace and beyond.
