A special training programme titled “The Future is in My Hands — Move Forward with Courage” was conducted for 125 adolescent students across five locations, aiming to empower young minds to face the future with confidence and clarity. Each session was designed to be interactive, engaging, and inspiring, providing students with a safe space to express themselves freely and discover their potential.
The programme commenced with lively ice-breaking activities, allowing participants to connect and feel comfortable in a group setting. Through fun and creative exercises, students learned
the importance of teamwork, effective communication, and mutual respect, establishing a positive and collaborative atmosphere for the remainder of the training.
The next phase focused on poster creation and group activities, where students worked in teams to express their thoughts, dreams, and challenges through art and discussion. These exercises encouraged creativity, self-expression, and collective problem-solving, enabling students to appreciate the power of shared ideas and diverse perspectives.
The training further incorporated play-based learning activities, including games and roleplays that emphasised confidence building, leadership, and decision-making. These sessions helped participants recognise their inner strengths, develop resilience, and build emotional and social skills essential for facing real-life challenges.
Overall, the programme successfully achieved its objectives of fostering mental strength, goal clarity, and courage to move forward. Students left the sessions motivated and better equipped to approach life’s challenges with optimism, recognising that their future truly lies in their own hands, and with courage and determination, they can shape it beautifully.
