On March 4, 2025, SARVAM conducted a Training of Trainers (ToT) program at the Satyam Community Centre, Puducherry, aimed at strengthening relationships to build a harmonious community. Volunteers from 12 villages participated in the session, which focused on the importance of strong interpersonal bonds and their role in fostering trust, understanding, and mutual support.
The session began with an engaging chart work on the relationship cycle, helping participants visualize the dynamics of healthy connections, including trust, communication, and conflict resolution. To bring these concepts to life, real-life stories were shared, illustrating both positive and challenging experiences. These narratives helped participants reflect on the value of respect and appreciation in relationships.
Interactive play activities were also incorporated, promoting teamwork, patience, and empathy—essential components of meaningful relationships. These activities allowed volunteers to experience firsthand the significance of cooperation and active listening.
By the end of the session, participants expressed happiness and commitment to applying the lessons learned in their daily interactions. Many pledged to spread this message within their communities, ensuring that the impact of the program extends beyond the session itself.
The event concluded with a collective promise to nurture and safeguard relationships, reinforcing SARVAM’s mission to build stronger, more connected communities.
