Date: 21-Dec-2024

Location: Satyam Community Centre

On December 21, 2024, SARVAM organized an impactful Training of Trainers (ToT) program at the Satyam Community Centre in Puducherry. The program brought together 50 women care circle members for an intensive session focusing on three vital aspects of life: health, wealth, and relationships.

The primary objective of this initiative was to equip participants with essential knowledge and skills that they could subsequently share within their communities, creating a ripple effect of positive change. The program emphasized how these three interconnected elements – health, wealth, and relationships – form the foundation of a fulfilling life.

The training session placed particular emphasis on health as a cornerstone of balanced living, demonstrating how good health positively influences various aspects of daily life, including personal relationships and productivity. The program also delved into emotional intelligence and relationship management, providing participants with practical tools for better communication and interpersonal harmony.

To ensure maximum engagement and retention, the training employed diverse pedagogical methods. These included real-life storytelling, interactive theatre activities, thought-sharing sessions, group discussions, and educational games. This multi-faceted approach helped break down complex concepts into easily digestible information, making the training both accessible and memorable for all participants.

The response from participants was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing deep appreciation for the program’s comprehensive approach. The women demonstrated strong enthusiasm and committed to disseminating their newly acquired knowledge within their respective communities, thus amplifying the program’s impact.
